இந்தநிலையில் ஆம்னி பஸ்களுக்கான
இடத்தை ஒதுக்கித்தர தென்னக ரெயில்வே
நிர்வாகம் முன்வந்தது. திருச்சி மத்திய
பஸ் நிலையத்திற்கும், திருச்சி ஜங்ஷன்
ரெயில் நிலையத்திற்கும் இடைப்பட்ட
பழைய திருவள்ளுவர் பஸ் நிலையம்
அருகில், ரெயில்வேக்கு சொந்தமான 2
ஏக்கர் நிலம் பராமரிப்பின்றி கிடந்தது.
அந்த இடத்தை தனியாருக்கு ஒப்பந்த
அடிப்படையில் நிர்வகிக்க தென்னக
ரெயில்வே அனுமதி அளித்தது.
அதைத்தொடர்ந்து அந்த 2 ஏக்கர்
பரப்பளவுள்ள இடத்தை தனியார் ஆம்னி பஸ்
நிலையமாக மாற்றும் நடவடிக்கை
தொடங்கப்பட்டது. பராமரிப்பின்றி
முட்புதர்கள் வளர்ந்த இடத்தில் அவை
வெட்டி அகற்றப்பட்டன. மேலும் நிலமும்
சீரமைக்கப்பட்டது. அங்கு 200 பஸ்களை
நிறுத்தி வைக்கக்கூடிய அளவில் வசதி
செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் பயணிகள்
வசதிக்காக கழிப்பறை வசதி, குடிநீர்
வசதி, மின் விளக்கு வசதியும்
செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அத்துடன் 32
கடைகளும் இடம்பெறுகின்றன.
வருகிற 18-ந் தேதி ஆயுத பூஜை அன்று
ஆம்னி பஸ் நிலையம் திறக்கப்படுகிறது.
அன்று முதல் வெளி மாவட்டம்,
வெளிமாநிலங்களுக்கும் மற்றும்
வெளியூர்களில் இருந்து திருச்சி
வழியாக செல்லும் அனைத்து ஆம்னி
பஸ்களும், திருச்சி ஆம்னி பஸ் நிலையம்
வழியாகவே செல்லும்.

Requested that Indian Railway / RM / RB/ Southern Railway ,Chennai / Trichy Railway Divisional officials that this 2 acres of land in the ❤HEART of the city should not be handedover to the Private Omni Bus Operators.
They are the prime competitor to Indian Railway.After that they can operate additional Private AC/ non AC Sleeper buses to all the Metros of Chennai,Mumbai,Delhi and Kolkata and all the state Headquarters.Railway revenues in AC / sleeper class shall be diminshed in all its routes from Trichy Division and Madurai Division trains.
These 2 acres Trichy Divisional prime lands shall be effectively utilized for Railway infrastructures development such as Additional Divisional buildings for Research & Development/Trichy junction City / Mini Bus Stand / Tourist train operation / Railway Tourist Lodge and boarding /Parking purposes / IRCTC purposes / Multistoried staff quarters with commercial activities etc.
Nowadays ,our Indian Railways experiences over difficulties to acquire lands in the remote village areas / barren lands also.But IR is ready to handedover 2 acres of Railway land in the vicinity of Trichy junction to the Private Omni Bus Lobby who is the prime competitor for the Railways in passenger traffic.
