basu ji,i have a suggestion...now as we have plenty of station board pics...there should be an option of locking it...so that it does not get replaced by a less worthy pic...if an admin feels it is a nice pic he may lock it and the next admin may only replace it if he gets a better pic by unlocking it...this will prevent overlapping...if a pic is not that good...it may be used as station pic but not locked...
