May be intermediate stations like SBP, VSKP and going via MAS may add some but I have high doubts on a full fledged 16 coacher HS being filled up from city of Jharkhand. Rest, predicting occupancy can be quite tough for a HS. Everybody thought Patna bandra or Rajasthan to south bound HS will be Superhit, but....... Actually especially in eastern India (WB, JH, BR, OR) needs express/SF trains because migration is high here. Be it for studies, daily wage job, etc etc and they won't afford/take HS. HS takers will be quite less, though these days students are prefering AC coaches but that population still too less.
