What is this ! Trains are running at 130 kmph in mas jtj section itseems is it true ?
Last month when i travelled from mas to sbc in 12027 its mps was 120 kmph in mas jtj stretch and in bwt wfd stretch also it was going at 120 kmph.

Just newspaper talk. None of the trains on this route have been cleared for more than 110kmph. Probably reported by an enthusiastic journalist using a speedometer app who just looked for the highest speed number shown in the app and reported it.
LP's don't over-speed by 20kmph to 'make up for delays'. Overspeeding is an issue that the railway takes very seriously and LPs don't over speed at any cost (Usually when they do, the consequences are not so pleasant).
