REM, roughly 50-60 % seat are alotted for Gen booking, other is for HO, TATKAL etc Quota.
So WL 5-10 is roughly on 50% of the train!!!

I have travelled 5 times by this train so far. the service is excellent. i have always seen this train with upto 80% occupancy. i agree that the patronage was poor initially, but now its picked up with passengers. . Vinay you are right the oldeer blogs did mention that the train had poor patronage. But now is a different story. Some of the recent blogs make it clear. I agree with somone who posted earlier. I R should kep this as a weekend train and have a friday run. May me convert this to ajan shatabdi too or a GR. But again only for weekends. I am not sure weekdays this would be necessary

I still do believe, CR is much eager to get it a regularize!!!
If its reported good accupancy, i dont find reson enough for its regularization!!!
This way, CR would gets its first Shatabdi also!!!
& i also believe that this train can better absorb high WL of other trains!!!

its got good occupancy now cause of summer. during the rest of the year even mumbai hyb express tickets are not an issue. So i dont think the train will be able to sustain as shatabdi..... thats why if they are considering regularizing then jan shatabdi i felt was a better option. . It just gets more afordable others wanting a service like this.
