The progress between Bhaiwan to Phoplaj is very slow. But the progress between Wadsinge to Kem is almost 98% complete. If that part is opened for traffic after 2-3 months they can add Kem-Bhalwani too. So Doubling work is slow from Jeur -Bhigwan also they have to construct bridges. If they do other works like land levelling, Roadbed, then if in future bridges are constructed they can link them. So around 2020 full doubling will complete. Then another 2 years for electrification.

I feel they are planning to use existing bridges for second line also...
Dont know if anybody observed that existing allignment is on one side on bridge pillar for all four bridges of bhigwan jeur route,
also even ground leveling is seen very near to existing allignment,
