Fault acknowledged, VCB closed but BP not charging more than 1.5 kg/cm2. VCD, Air drier isolated. MCE Off/On but not succeed. Closed and open BP/FP angle cock toward load side than ok. Build up pressure and started. IGBT loco, Brake system- FTIL, IC'0'-05.03.18, IB-21.09.18, Section- NDLS station, Sch dep- 17.25 hrs, Act dep- 18.20 hrs.
