The IR must add additioal coach where w/l is more than 300. Otherwise they should not issue w/l ticket. people buy w/l ticket with the hope ticket will be confirmed. IR should regret at say 400 w/l. what is the point in mindlessly issueing w/l tickets? what do u feel?

Yes, I completely agree with you. Trains like cst rajendranagar superfast are overcrowded. I feel it is better to travel by karmabhoomi. you atleast are mentally prepared and you do not need to move from one place to other place. Also the charges are much lower, approximately half.
This kind of arrangement railway must do as help for waitlist passangers
