if i cancel the booking which is TQWL/45 will i get full refund ?

Cancel 30 min before departure and you will get fare back after deducting 60 rs
Only 60 rupees will be deducted but make sure you cancel the ticket 30 minutes prior to the departure of the train
Yeah even after chart preparation if my ticket is Tatkal waitlisted i dont need to do anything, usually i get auto refunded right ? this is what i saw in some web
