So many wrong speculations in replies of this blog.I uploaded this timing change proposal some months ago and As I said It was speeded up by NCR to improve punctuality of 12393,22405 on account of LS elections.Will run RT for initial months before becoming a regular prey for Rajdhanis.Also
@mks NCR never requested RB to change its TT in ECR,It’s just carlessness and loose attitude of ECR that has deteriorated its run completely in NCR and it’s a SF just on the sake of NCR TT,Also,You’re right.There’s nothing suprising in running like rajdhani in ald div.SK and Many 130 SFs have averaged somewhat equal to Rajdhanis many time but the point you aren’t considering is that it’s a train which arrives RT...

If this compaction is being done to make SK a regular prey of Rajdhani Gang in the long run and hence deteoriate it's already bad puntuality,then by this what ALD Div wants to achieve,to leave LKO & MB far behind in terms of worst puntuality records ? Thank God,we have 12309/10.
This forced change in TT in ECR wouldn't have took place at all if ALD wouldn't have gone for compaction..Now why should ECR speed it up and make its TT equivalent to 12309 ?

See der are some NCR rfs who are so much obsessed with ncr that they are not able to read the release made by RB ..
