This month the tender will be finalised. And in the next 10-20 years they will build these bridges and then open.
Shortage of staff, they should outsource manning these ULCs, instead it will take another decade or two to build these bridges.

These r minor bridges As per RTI these can be constructed in 4-5months /blog/post/3981681
