Karnataka state has very few Western Ghats passes compare to other states for transportation purposes.
So some more manmade passes shall be allowed in the Western Ghats from the West to East in Zigzag manner so as to derive additional Wind energy by erecting Electri Wind mills in the path of Air through passes.
