Does anyone knows how to change handset ? I had mailed twice and called on telephone support , tweet today regarding this. I don’t know why developers or ministry cannot support its product(UTS app). My phone got error and I factory reset it and re installed UTS app again but it’s not logging in and I guess IR doesn’t care if I install or not because they dont respond to my request. In telephone also person assured me that he will logged my request and it’s been 10 days nothing happened, Have some idea what to do or just forget about this app ?
Of course not, it was same phone and same SIM card, but my phone got some error and I reset it and reinstalled app but I didn’t restore it from iCloud backup because it would install errors so I set it up as new phone but it’s still same IMEI
Yes logged in from browser and changed handset myself. Guess They can’t tell it was so simple. I hope if someone get this problem this post can solve their misery.
