Same train;Same Class;Same Destination BUT QUOTA is Different and the Chart preparation time is also different.
How on Earth is this possible???Did i miss out on anything to differentiate??

yes, agreed.as i said earlier the eg /blog/post/342449 confirms that even on bp change the quota already allotted will not change
