I didn't get the logic till date - why train 12402 Magadh Express is not placed at PF 1 @ PNBE, even when that's vacant most of the times.

ok, rahna toh S9 ko last me hi hai.
But, abhi ka sequence hai - S10 - S8 ... S1 - H1 - A1 - B4 .. B1 - UR SLR - S9 - GS
Ise badal kar aisa hona hai -
SLR - UR - UR - H1 - A1 - B4 .. B1 - S1 - S2 ... S8 - S10...
