I didn't get the logic till date - why train 12402 Magadh Express is not placed at PF 1 @ PNBE, even when that's vacant most of the times.

12394 ko PF4 pe lane ka reason hai, use RJPB par PF2 se le jana hota hai.
baaki sabhi down ki important trains PF1 se jaati hain, Magadh ko bhi PF1 se hi jana chahiye.
