Jab ticket ka Final Status RAC hoga tab na Upgradation lagega na Vikalp. Yeh dono tab lagte hai jab original booking waali train mein seat milne ka koi bhi chance na ho. Tab pehle Upgradation hoga, if seats are still not available then Vikalp will be applied.
Himanshu ke ticket final status RAC hai, so the passenger has got a seat. There's no need of any Upgradation or RAC there.
