Is the Toranagallu-Ranjithpura section also slated for electrification? That is the section with all the traffic from the mines right?
Yes. Toranagallu - Ranjitpura will also be electrified in near future. But I don't know exactly regarding physical progress.
Congrats to SCR which is forerunner in Electrification works in our Indian Railways.
