CAO aur baaki responsibles ka salary kaatana chahiye. lagbgag sabhi zones mein CAO ko kuchh na kuch review karne ke bola gaya hai NCR mein to aisa bola h ki detailed report hi nahi banayi. waah
Actually only 12 zones details are mentioned there is number mistake in between No:6 has gone for a Toss :P
This is because the major completion targets are for 4th quarter
CR is not here, their progress especially on DD - WADI doubling is unsatisfactory.
The Beed new line too doesn't seem to be meeting the target.
On other zones too, its the availability of rails and funds to complete the work - which is the reason even though land levelling is done long ago and left as it is.

In many places rails are not available. Zonal railways helpless.. poor planning by ministry.
