But acc to IRCTC, DDU Arr of 12393 is 22:22 while acc to ECR PR,it is 22:04..Now who is correct here ?

Two possibilities now:
1. Ara, Buxar, Dildarnagar stoppage to SK 😂😂
2. Departure time will also change from Patna of SK. Giving more space to Magadh, Janshatabdi.
