What i would like to know from railway authorities are the following
1) while there are many trains to varanasi, there is only one train i.e saket, going to faizabad bi-weekly catering to people from Faizabad, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Rae Bareilly? Can't this be extended on all 7 days? The waiting list is very huge all 12 months.
2) There is always problems of water scarcity in this train and for hours there is no water. per coach this facility is for 64 passengers but it is shared by more than 128 passengers always....

3) Many travellers travel on waiting ticket and clog the corridors of the reserved compartments and near the toilet area thereby restricting passage for ladies and children.
Can the authorities take note of these issues and firstly increase the services on multiple days and improve services?
