Saw brand new LHB rake parked at Kollam. The name board was blank. Guess it is for TVC-NDLS Kerala Exp. Saw this enroute to PGT. Any railfans from QLN can please share any updates.

Don't know... But I remember seeing another LHB rake parked at KCVL with train TB Tirunelveli-Tambarm spl... Don't know if Kerala got full coach quota..
