Very good Decision...
Bypass se Train nikalne se Plateform ki availability badh jayegi aur Train ko outer par late hone se bachegi...
Katni,Raipur,Hijli Bypass iske Example hai... Decongest karne ke liye ye karna hi hoga...

This i m listening since many years that Goy will become terminal.
Trains can by pass CNB n go via GOY GMC but for that Pf 3 n 4 will be required to be developed at GOY as trains cant stop at main line for 10 min.
Moreover its better if CNBI also gets 2 min halt then.
