Having heated discussion with booking staff at SVDK, they are declining my request for change in boarding point of a waitlisted ticket.
They saying that change in boarding point is only applicable on confirmed tickets.
Tempers are running high, I am sitting with my application and asking them to write declined on my application and only then I will leave

Finally, they have conceded....the boarding point change has been done ....courtesy lot of firm and assertive stance...a good 1 hour or so lost
