this is a special,can be excused...you can see 13235 take 9 hours for less than 300km journey,being a regular express...
since it will be departing ndls around 1330 so u have number of trains departing after that time for which it will be giving way to, like 12459, hirakud, 14731, late running 12715, asr garib rath, asr shtbd.
