you can check the catering charges they are collecting for the ticket booked from RU and compare the fare of the ticket from BZA. If it's same then they will serve and if not then you will be given one water bottle.

No, Pantry Services are closed after 22:00 hours (10 PM), nothing is served after that in Duronto, Rajdhani trains.
Experienced the same thing in Allahabad LTT Duronto at Satna (arrival time 22:15 hours) as well, my reservation was from Allahabad (boarding at Satna), but nothing was served to me at Satna because Pantry Services were closed at 22:00 hours.

Not necessarily true it depends on zonal polocy. In CSMT-NGP duro in no dinner breakfast is given. In August Kranti dinner is given for BRC-NZM pax.
Maybe, but for most of trains Zones apply the 22:00 hrs Closing rule as told by various TTE's and Coach Attendants of Various Rajdhani and Duronto trains.
There are exceptions like Ernakulam LTT Duronto (Dinner not served on 1st Night), Nagpur Duronto, Rajkot Duronto. And in some trains dinner is served late for intermediate passengers due to high demand like August Kranti Rajdhani Express, Bengaluru Rajdhani (for SSPN Passengers).
