Well, that's embarrassing. More so if you see that only 77 out of about 500 km was actually commissioned by October and they've desperately added another 188 km in the "soon to be done" column.

From past 2 years SWR is doing excellent in doubling and electrification than any other zones in IR. Just look at the electrification progress at Ubl division it will be the first division in Swr to have 100% FEDL.
