My today's ordeal at CST cloak room.
As, Tomorrow I have to go by Tejas exp which departs in morning at 5 am so I decided to keep my one bag in cloak room while keeping the small one with me. While returning after having dinner, I asked the person there, when does cloak room open in morning? He said at 5. That meant I have to keep my bag tonight only. I packed my bag, did security check and put the CR security sticker on my lock. Now what happened ahead?

Clerk - Show your ticket. (I kept my Kolkata mail ticket dated 02/12/18 on the counter table). After seeing the ticket he said you can't keep the bag.
Me - Why
Clerk - Too much duration.
Me - But its only 48 hrs and as per rule I can keep my luggage for 1 month in cloak room. And everywhere they accept the luggage for 48 hrs without any problem. (He was still adamant)
Me - OK, here is my tomorrow's Tejas exp ticket, keep on it.
Clerk - No.
Me- Why? Now whats with this?
Clerk - When will you collect your luggage?
Me - Tomorrow evening. Showed him my return ticket of Tejas.
Clerk - Nahi chalega bhai. (it wont work).
Now I started frustrating.
Me- Will today's arrival ticket of Sinhagad exp ticket work?
Clerk - No
Me - Why not? This ticket won't work, that won't work, then which ticket should I bring?
Clerk - Asks me to get out as other passengers are waiting.
Me - I won't. I will first tweet this matter to higher officials and make a complain in complain book (asked for the same), and after that what they will say, I will do.
Till then another person (his assistant) was sitting there quitely said, Sir, keep it, he has authorised ticket and is keeping as per rules. Still the old man was adamant. I was also angry.
Now I strictly asked for complaint book (bring it from anywhere or take me to where complaint is lodged) and took out my mobile for tweeting to CR officials.
After few seconds the old man asked for the Kolkata mail ticket and just put the slip inside and gave one copy to me and done. Some people in IR are just frustrating.
