This train gets its rake swapped with 12141/42 when its delayed. Since 12141 has B5 maybe that's why it got B5. Probably permanent RSA may also be established since both 11013 and 12141 have same CC.
Is the RSA confirmed? Any LTT-based Railfan can confirm this..
