Mavli Jn (MVJ) had one for a few years when the Badi Sadri - Mavli line was still meter gauge. It was a BG-MG intersection.
Also, I remember reading an old tender about a grade separator construction at Katni. Prior to the grade separator construction, NKJ-KMZ and KTE-KTES lines might also have had an intersection like this, but I don't know for certain.

Diamond crossing are fairly common particularly at stations with big yard...
But what makes the diamond crossing special at Nagpur is the intersection of North-South and East- West lines at the geographical center of India!!!
