UBL division is now providing LHB rakes for KR - Mandovi and Konkanya.
Coming to UBL itself, which train will get LHB rake first.

KR doesn't have its own workshop or rakes. They are given by SWR. See the coaches markings.
See the ICF versions Anna it will be written as KR SWR with base at UBL and also POHed at UBL. please correct me If I am wrong @Dhanno
Yes. I saw a video of ICF coach train, SWR was written on the coach
But as of now in Swr only sbc,ypr and bypl and mao(kr) have facilities for doing PM for lhb rakes.
