Guys.....Here is the rocky and terrain journey from SA-KRR behind the chugging alco and electrification updates are included here.....As Railfanning is concerned, it is a lovely and beautiful route with Rocks,Terrain covering either sides of tracks!! We met IZN WDM3D 11332 with Goods at Mallur,One of the rarest spotting at SR. The route is fully scenic and considered as Gateway for the Heaven Salem-Banglore Ghat route!!!.
Electrification Updates:-Almost 95% electrification done just a small hard terrain stretch from Mallur to Rasipuram poles needs to be laid but its base works are started. On Namakkal 2 Platforms are wired;only one platform,Goods line portal works have just started. Other than this wiring done completely from Salem-Karur. Also at Vangal the poles are laid other side of platform
