for kalka mail on 5th may from kalka it shows waiting list but at chandigarh more than 400 available how?

so can i book ticket from kalka and still can get a seat ... i traveled on this train for many time. i understand the higher quota thing , this train cannot fill quota of 400 to 500 people from Chandigarh never saw this much passengers in chd.
now my question is if i book for 5th may from kalka will i get a seat?
or i should book from chandigarh to delhi?

kya bat karte ho sir ji. ye shatabdi actually chandigarh ke logo ke liye hi hai. but kalka se bhi achi crowd mil jati hai. better to book in 2 parts. kalka-cdg and cdg-ndls
yeah booking from klk-cdg n cdg-del is good idea ... i guess i have to spend some more money... but as i will be coming from shimla to catch it , i can make it to chd. as it takes too much time for klk-chd section itself.
chandigarh ke logon ke liye to chali hai but kabhi bhi jyada crowd nahi dekha chd se and kalka se kafi tourist milta hai delhi jane wala. and this is tourist season that i why from kalka its full wl-12. aur agar chandigarh ke liye chalai hai to why 493 seats are still vacant?
