Go to nearest PRS (Railway reservation center) Or
Go to IRCTC site, make your login and book online (if you can log on to the site) Or
Go to nearest registered Rail ticket agent, mostly found at petrol pump or some stationary shops in small town or internet cafe, they charge 20/30 rs per ticket. Get it done there.
