Yes agree. I saw the time and realised that arrival time of Varanasi LTT and CBE LTT is more or less around the same time with hardly much difference. So if both are delayed, their subsequent departure also gets delayed.
In October for most part of the month CBE-LTT was always delayed. The biggest issue being its running between DMM-Bangalore which results in late arrival in CBE, with further late departure and thus getting delayed till LTT
