Dubey ji hain.. pakka kam karte hain jumla to nahin hi tha. as mere MP hain aur meri constituency me unka kaam dekha hai maine..
may be kuc technical issues ki wajah se delay hui ho..
jaise SDAH JAT HS ko time lag gaya tha lekin jumla to nahin hi thi wo.. uska to rake aa jane ke baad bhi 1yr aur lag gaya tha chalne me finally :D
