Why are you getting irritated? It is just a typographical error. While typing indianrailways.gov.in, "ways" was left out.
My apologies for the same.
And nowhere in your posting you have ever mentioned that the site is being revamped and it'll be working after two three days. When you give replies, please try to be polite and humble. None is a Headmadmaster...

I tried to send some feedback to ECOR , Its hell...the complaint portion is not working

RTI is to get information...not pass information or complaints
For complaint u have to write to DRM
For complaint u have to write to DRM
Please visit the site - rti.railnet.gov.in . The site is now working. This is Indian Railways website in regard to RTI information.
