I dunno, y always everyone willing to mix pantry car service along with pantry services!!!!
Pantry car is attached & offers uninterrupted service with hot stuffs, compared to pantry service (generally lunch/dinner booking on-board)
IR doesnt guarantee any such services in most train & the service is provided mostly by unauthorised vendor, with stale/cold stuffs, rushing when train halt @ big platform &...
