I'm traveling onboard this train in B6 Coach. I want to share my experience with this train because this is my first time experience with Darjeeling mail. The train departs SDAH 22:05 , but the rake entered the PF9B at 21:40.
The coaching composition of the train is reverse, means, since this train is ER's the AC coaches should be towards SDAH, but in this case, AC coaches are towards loco which is unnatural, and for this, we had to cross all the general class, sleeper class to get into the B6.

The AC coaches of DM are always towards NJP end because of the Haldibari Slip portion which needs to be detached at NJP.
