Thats what. When people were continuously requesting railways, they gave the reason for the delay in MYS MEMU as "Yeliyuru SS works not completed due to State Govt's delay in finishing the work". Now they have suddenly started this MEMU, how is this possible ??? So does it mean railways were just trying to escape running it till now shifting the blame on state govt ?? assuming that Yeliyuru SS not yet finished...
