SCR intrested to run SC - VSKP duronto with 24 coaches?
IR alloted 16 coaches to SC - VSKP duronto.SCR wants total of 32 coaches for duronto,in that they planned to use 24 coaches and 8 coaches for spare....
So Engineering section of SCR wrote letter to IR board "we can't run Duronto untill and unless some more coaches were alloted".

what IR has shortage of rake ?? They why are running empty train ?? they might have cancelled them and used in needy.
Yah..i agree some trains are running empty....
But out of 100 trains i guess only 1 is running with less demand....?
