SR is too hell bent on averting proposals for speedup from other zones. 13351 speedup got averted due to ERS-ALLP MST holder intervention, Jayanti proposed speedup by CR got averted as SR says timings in SR cannot be changed as it would affect office goers to TVC. And now Sabari. Everyone knows TVC divn is one of the least punctual divns in IR, and to save the officials' face, they have increased running time of many trains, and would even do that if they want to. SR is going backwards nowadays, except for the achievement of speeding up of trains after MS-MDU doubling.
