Ye railway bhi pata nahi ek saal pahle se wiring kyo shuru karta hai, choro ko mauka dene ke liye.
Pahle sare poles 100% (in main lines + loop lines + yards + trip/loco sheds etc) laga lene chahiye.
Fir poles par wire hooks 100% laga lena chahiye.
Fir Electric Traction SSPs fully commission karna chahiye.
