Please dont mind, but logically and technically WAP7 are ideal link for such crawlers and passenger trains due to their frequent acceleration and deceleration. They have regenerative braking system which help conserve energy which is in this case and it also has the most powerful acceleration capacity which again is very ideal in this case.
