No. They have laid the line till AMSA and ballast packed too. All old rails I think since it was dark.
Between THN and DVG work is on. But I dont think they will complete by March.
DVG UBL, only at one station I saw new building construction, nothing else.

Oh sad news. I expected some stretch between Harihar-UBL to get opened in next fiscal. Dont think with this progress they will be able to do that.
