Need help !! I booked a waitlisted 3A ticket for two people but one of the seats got confirmed while another didn't confirm..so in that case how can I get the refund ?? Will it be automatically refunded ??
It wont get auto cancelled. If the 2nd passenger havent travelled, Get a certificate from onboard TTE and file a TDR.
BTW how can 2nd passenger travel in AC class without a confirm ticket?
cant he cancel the second person manually who is in wl till half n hour before commencing the journey
