How much concession should they give on Unreserved Class ?? It's already low.

if possible. give it free. it is children and Senior citizen right and previlage which is given by consitution of India. Dont put statements like they have to beg for their previlage.
good concession should be restricted to reserved class and regular train. UR and premium train should not have any concession.
Whats necessary for living is already being provided free of cost or on minimal cost. Travelling in Antyodaya is not necessary for living. No need to provide discounts in premium trains like Rajdhani, duronto, shatabdi, humsafar, tejas, uday and antyodaya.
Which article or part of the constitution states that Senior citizens and children should be given free public amenities? Pls enlighten me. AFAIK Right to Free Train ticket isn't a fundamental right yet or am I missing something!!!
