We have zero planning. I have no doubts in my mind that even in next 100 years we are not going to come an inch closer to the style of China. Every now and then we see towards China which has shown the world it's transformation in Railways. Be it Tibet rail line or expanding bullet train network.
We don't have any plan, any strategy. Our mind only plan and work for the commission. Mera kya nahi to mujhe kya.
