Badnera Jn badly needs one more platform. Most of the times, PF 2 is occupied by goods trains resulting trains coming from Akola end have to wait at outer. PF 3 & 4 are not capable of accommodating express trains as they are not long enough.
One platform can be constructed at old entrance side as there is good space available. Just some track work is needed.
