You need to have minimum 50 ratings for enabling you to create Img trains. So keep blogging and in few weeks you will get the required ratings and after that request in the forum as you did now and you will be enabled.
Keep blogging in the forum and upload rail fanning pics or videos of yours, share the information whatever you have regarding railways and you will get the ratings from the members like 'Great', 'Agree' etc. If you are interested you can be added in RF Club now itself.
